JAJAH: FREE call limit exceeded???

分享
"FREE call limit exceeded. You cannot make more FREE calls this month."
"You have not exceeded the FAIR USE policy: 500 minutes a month, 150 minutes a week."
But I ONLY use 166 minutes this month.

The picture above is what I saw this afternoon after logged into JAJAH.

Strange huh? I still have "28 Min FREE", and I also got a "FREE call limit exceeded" warning message. What's "more..." showed, you can look the picture below.

FAIR USE policy: 500 minutes a month, 150 minutes a week. Right?

  Look at my call history below. 2 hours 45 minutes 55 seconds is 2 x 60 + 45 + 1 = 166 minutes. People knows 166 never bigger than 500.
Since I already paid, and still conform to the FAIR USE policy, I made a FREE JAJAH call.

After I made a call, the FREE minutes is reduced. But, the warning message is still showed.

我的付费账号还没碰到你的问题.JAJAH的计算方法应改是自然星期和月,现在才月头.会不会是算之前的7天和30天呢?
JAJAH的SUPPORT还会给你的BLOG留言,不错呀.
